Many readers here and around the world are being blessed by this new book. For instance, CCS shipped 200 gratis copies of this volume to Heritage Christian College in Accra, Ghana, by request. The administrators there are selling the books to local ministers and ministry students for a nominal fee, and the proceeds will be re-invested into scholarship funds for the local ministry students.
